Make it Colourful Challenge "Colour Snow"

Morning all, well I think today is a perfect day to post this card, it's absolutely freezing here. I am so cold I am sitting with my dressing gown and fluffy slippers on..... Sitting here looking at this card reminds me of the best parts about winter though, that being all the wonderful scenes this time of the year brings.

And to get everyone in the festive mood heres my sample made using the brand new Winter Collection from Make it Crafty. If you haven't seen these new images yet head on over to MIC now, Zoe has come up trumps again with this magical collection.

This card is also my sample for Make it Colourful with the theme of
" Colour Snow "

The challenge has already started but as I said before now we have two weeks instead of one to join giving us lots more time to colour and join in the fun. If you would like to join us heres the link to the gallery where you can upload your creations

  1. This is fab Vicky - very Christmasssy indeed! Its not that many weeks to go until the festive season - scarey thought. I was over your way this morning dropping an application form over at Springfield school. I nearly dropped in but it was a wee bit early... although it sounds as if you'll still be in your dressing gown by lunchtime. It's freezing here too so i better go and put on a second pair of socks - what a blinkin' whimp I am!!! hugs, Jo x

  6. Gorgeous card Vicky. Tilda looks very cosy in her little red coat and hat.

Really cold here now too. My car said 3.5 degrees when I came home today and that was about 1.30!

  10. Finally got a chance to catch up on some of my favorite Blogs - laughed when I saw this image - because even though I've never merged digi elements (stupid iPad2 is NOT the same as a mini laptop or even tablet computer!) I knew exactly what you might have used to make up this scene. I haven't even Copic colored a printed image, waiting for my Son and my Dad get their jobs done and get me online on a reliable computer using more modern software than Windows XP! Great job in combining, coloring and card making, hugs Mel x
